This website was created to help Driving Schools all over the UK to Maximise Their Profitability and Achieve Their Full Business Potential.

My name is Martin Caswell and I have been an ADI for over 36 years and I started and manage the website DrivingSchoolSuccess.com, the UK’s number one destination for Driving School entrepreneurs.

Just to give you a little of my history, I want you to know how and why I am in a position to help you to increase the profitability of your Driving School business, because that it is, a business. I do not wish to come across as boasting or bragging, but just so you know who I am.

I have vast experience of the Driving Tuition industry and have been - and still am - an ADI, for over thirty five years. Specialising in many different aspects of driving tuition over this time.

The first 8 years working for various Driving Schools in London, Plymouth, Belfast and North Cornwall (Boscastle - remember the floods in 2004?) and currently in West Berkshire. I then went on to start my own Driving School in London and within 2 years had several Driving School cars covering all of the London area.

I have now been based in West Berkshire for over 26 years, working as an ADI and still currently charging £28.00 per hour (- yes, even in this current economic climate). my driving tuition experience - besides Learner driver tuition, refresher, motorway and Pass Plus - includes Company Driver assessments, Instructor Training, Off-road for 16-year olds, Skid Control for Motor Racing Students, Police, Ambulance, Embassy Staff and Advanced Drivers, 4x4 Off Road and I also ran my own Multi-Car Driving School in London.

Toi be successful and to reach new heigts in your business it is , to have a mentor, my mentor who I closely collaborate with is Nick James ( www.Nick-James.com) who is an expert in creating and developing Internet based, and off-line businesses. Nick regularly hosts teaching seminars for a growing band of online and off-line entrepreneurs. Nick has recently completed a major new online broadcasting project which was launched in 2009'.

I am also the author of 'Start And Run Your Own Successful Driving School', which can also be purchased on this website. This was originally written and published in 1991, but it has many updates since then, the last one being in 2010.

In 2005 I launched and run one of the UK's consistently highest ranked dedicated Driving School Directory www.INeedDrivingLessons.co.uk . Most recently (Dec 2009) launched a new unique product on the market to help nervous learner drivers www.TestNerves.co.uk

Hopefully you will come to realise that I have constantly created new easily achievable ideas and concepts to not only help you, but more importantly, to help you to help your clients to also be successful, and thus enhance and build your Driving School business into a success and at the same time raise your profile in your own locality. This is what I have done and applied to create my own successful Driving School business.
